A message dated July 8 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                             
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act relating to management of enhanced stocks of shellfish;                                                            
     authorizing certain nonprofit organizations to engage in shellfish                                                         
     enhancement projects; relating to application fees for salmon                                                              
     hatchery permits and shellfish enhancement project permits; and
